Combining more than 25 years of experience in working with the industrial pigments and colorants and titanium dioxide industries, Smithers Rapra is pleased to announce the agendas for the Pigment and Color Science Forum 2014 and the TiO2 World Summit 2014. The 2014 editions of these events and their joint exhibition hall will take place October 7-9, 2014 at the Le Westin Montréal in Montréal, Canada. Ford, DuPont Titanium Technologies, the Canadian Paint and Coatings Association, General Motors, PPG, Argex, Boeing and Wells Fargo Securities are just a few of the international leaders who will be updating attendees on the latest opportunities and challenges facing these industries.

"By co-locating the Pigment and Color Science Forum and the TiO2 World Summit, we have been able to secure the highest caliber of presenters ever for both programs; there will be several joint sessions where all of the key stakeholders in both industries will join together to discuss pressing issues, plus sessions dedicated exclusively to pigment markets or the TiO2 industry," said Andrew Smaha, conference director for Smithers Rapra. "Additionally, all of the networking events will be combined allowing the business executives, R&D leaders, academics, government policy makers, stakeholders, and investors that make up the key audience for both events even more opportunities to build strategic relationships and greater access to thought-leaders across the pigment supply chain."

Before breaking into separate sessions, attendees from both conferences will join together to look at the state of the industries - led by PPG Industries, Expertas Ltd., EAS Consulting Group and Henkel Adhesive Technologies - followed by an examination of global projects and production - with Coatings World Magazine, Artikol, CCM and Kcomber Inc, and Wells Fargo Securities. The events will close with a final joint session on global pigment end use dynamics - featuring Boeing Research & Technology, Dominion Colour Corporation, Asian Paints, Mathelin Bay Associates LLC, The Shepherd Color Co., and the Canadian Paint and Coatings Association - tying together this comprehensive look at the pigment and TiO2 industries.
